The email for info listed on the website does not work - info@xtendmedical.com . I also sent the email below to Paul. Perhaps if others could send their own request, the company might be jarred into saying someting - even confirming that they are alive.

I have written several times, but each of my emails has been ignored. I am just looking for a brief update/timeline on what is happening. I have invested a lot of money in the company and I think I am entitled to some basic information.
Even if your response is we cannot provide an update at this time, but you can expect one... I would accept.
