Our Telecommunications Firm is the premier provider of communication products. We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Ft. Lauderdale, FL location.

Job Description:

The Receptionist will be responsible for general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. Other duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Answering and screening telephone calls, as well as taking messages.
• Sending and receiving faxes.
• Assisting other departments with administrative support.
• Making reservations and general office support.


Requirements:
• Applicants should have 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Detail-oriented candidates with the ability to multi-task are desired.
• Exceptional computer and communication skills are required.
• Candidates must Bi-lingual (Fluent in English & Spanish).


Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary will range between $25,000 and $30,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for directing, coordinating, maintaining and controlling an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the Company. Other duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Monitoring department policies and procedures and recommending improvements.
• Consulting with the Senior Management team, participating in the establishment and implementation of major goals and objectives and serving as a resource in all aspects of accounting.
• Ensuring accurate internal and external recording and reporting of financial transactions.
• Overseeing budgets, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed asset management, etc.
• Ensuring that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory and Company procedures.
• Assigning, directing and appraising accounting staff.


Requirements:

• Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting, Business or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Five or more years of high level accounting experience is required.
• Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of financial and accounting practices and procedures.
• Candidates should have a broad based knowledge of the entrepreneurial business environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Applicants must be able to coordinate and direct projects.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is required
