Well said Ryan. Many investors have never experienced running the day to day operations of a company or had to deal with stiff competitors around every corner, and so don't realize what it takes to be a successful sustainable company.
And I second the motion a few posts ago about leaving management alone, they have done plenty and deserve some patience on our part.
