I use ST, and only trade pennies. I only have issues when I place a sell around the ask on a stock getting a lot of trades. Other than that my buys go pretty quick. If I want in a trade quick, and know it's running, I go slightly over the ask and fill quicker. Funny thing is, you still fill at the current ask.
