Your argument may be valid. My broker is Scottrade, and they have given me trouble in the past. I have 5 million shares of IBXG and they said I'm a controling owner, however I know for a fact there are at least 1 billion shares OS. They are basing there info on an old pink sheet info from about 5 years ago! I give you that one! Not very friendly to us penny stock players!
