Bought WAMKQ in dec. 2008, UQs after we got Discovery 2004!

Unfortunately, our employees, WGM, never served one subpena, took one deposition, or any action 2004 granted to get to the nuts and bolts of the situation and who is going to pay how much!
Or did they?
