What is the SEC requiring KATX to do,before the shares can be distributed??????????????????I know there are certain forms that must be submitted,but that is not the question.

Let me put it this way,has the SEC approved the latest 8K??Answer,we dont know.If you notice,we(the public) never sees what the SECs response are to the filings,but you can bet the company does.You say"submit the forms and see what the SEC tells you",well,as you have noticed,KATX did just that,and we had 2 8Ks submitted,only turn around and submitt a 3rd one.Does confusion/miscommunication,ring a bell here?????Yep,gotta love the old SEC/government entity,just a notch above the IRS.LOL
