The SEC can't "approve" or reject forms that haven't been submitted yet...that's my only point.

No I don't, and apparently the company doesn't know EITHER, since that's what the Kat Gold filings stated (that they haven't received guidance). Again, MY POINT is that if you want guidance, SUBMIT the forms and see what the SEC tells you.
