That's helpful. But not necessarily true. I can give you examples of a stock that is also no bid and most all asks are .0001 this week and last. When a buy occurs it's shows as a buy on the ask - not black volume.
Additionally - I have been here too long and will tell you black volume here is too common - even when we were trading much more regularly - even 6 months ago.
