It's black because if you can see the next 2 columns show "Buy Vol." and "Sell Vol."... As you can also verify there is no volume in any column, right?
You see all the volume in the last column "? Vol"... Do you know why??

If you can check the 2 left columns "BID" and "ASK" you can see the same value = "0.0001", right?

All the trades today were at "0.0001" and because the system consider BID = ASK they dont know if it's a "BUY" or a "SELL".

But we have more... Level II... and in AGEL case you have it for free (15 min delay)... www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AGEL/quote

As you can see there is "NO BID" and only "ASK" @ 0.0001...

Only when we have BID, and that BID is different from ASK we can see "Buy Vol." and "Sell Vol."...
