If that doesn't work you can try going to Device Manager and rolling it back to last driver that worked. Or uninstall driver all together and then do a clean reinstall from the HP site for that printer driver.

I have had issues with those all in one printers before and it's usually a driver problem. Reinstalling a clean version generally fixes it.
