Earnest: I would like your guesstimate of how many shareholders contacted the SEC after EIGH was halted and asked that the SEC also investigate the naked shorting of EIGH while they were conducting their investigation of other items? Do you think the SEC will ignore all those folks who contacted them? Do you think EIGH has spent the money and hired an outside firm to conduct a share audit and present the findings to the SEC? Do you think the SEC will act upon receipt of those findings? What do you think they will do? Have you noticed that apparently the naked shorting has now stopped? Do you think trading is being watched by regulators? Do you think anyone who might find themselves a tad short is nervous about it? Just a matter of time till justice is served. Go EIGH!!!
