Jax, you do have a point, I don't know about the SEC being guilty, but the resources in manpower and funding have a lot to do with their ability to police all stocks at once. The government determines their budget, rules etc. That is one reason Finra market security is there policing unusual trading and very high price spikes.It does have to be improved though.

IF (and I say IF) SAEI is a fraud how did they got through the legal obstacles and were able to form a “legal” company?.
