For two weeks now I have been reading posts by two opposing sides, (I for one have a big dog in this race).
My aim of anger is with the SEC, IF (and I say IF) SAEI is a fraud how did they got through the legal obstacles and were able to form a “legal” company?. I am a tax payer and an American by choice. I believe in the American system that protects its citizens from evil. Where was the SEC to protect me?

All that said I go back to IF, If SAEI is guilty than the SEC is guilty as well!
