My friends in the practice have also stated that once the semantics are removed from the party goers, the individuals must all use a set of basic steps to participate in the line dancing. I would be a little more careful in reliance on our enforcement bodies where Nokia is concerned. Rather than just dealing with a large foreign corporation, you are dealing with the country of Finland. I believe that the only reason Nokia has managed to continue its course of dealings is because of its unique position of GNP creation for Finland. This has enabled Nokia to place individuals in positions of influence in the world enforcement organizations, both parties in our political system, our entertainment groups and on and on. Influence is a way of life for them and they use it to the max. When they have an opponent that they discover has an equal amount of influence, they settle rather quickly.

Amazingly, Nokia will in the end be kicking themselves for allowing IDCC to survive the 2g mugging by MENS. They entered into a 3g and beyond agreement to use IDCC in the TDD developement. They feared and distrusted Siemens at the time and chose to exploit our little company. This allowed IDCC to ramp up its engineering side and continue its line of inventions. They also placed IDCC in a better position in the standards bodies which has now grown to be their worst nightmare. They also misred Harry Campagna figuring that he would fold when they applied their force and walk away with a nice chunk of change. They never figured that Ericy would settle and attempted to revive the Dallas stickup, but they were too late. Thus, they became enablers rather than closers and the success of IDCC has snowballed to proportions beyond their wildest imagination. IDCC is now engaged in defining 4g for the wireless sector and the best part is they have a war chest plenty large enough to finish the fight.

I believe science should prevail over influence and I hope the CAFC calls it as my friends and you have reasoned.
