It is simply telling us that there is a good chance that something major with "a" or "some" major players "could" very well be in the mix here with SOCU.

"If" such is the case, we can narrow it down to the 3 major companies that have the rights to the name of Standard Oil... ExxonMobil, Chevron, or BP.
