Fidelity is making me have island request it rather than them send it over. But I get a different answer each time.

On the stock power form did you fill out the whole form including the top section or did you just sign the bottom in front of the bank officer to get the medallion signature. I've heard different answers on what all I need to fill out and what Island needs to fill out

Money, I was referring to the initial form that we are suppose to fill in and send to Island. It sounds like you did the letter, the Medallion and the Stock Power all together. Is that correct?

I don't understand the piece about Zecco requesting the form.

The way Fidelity explained it, is that once I get the book stmt, I get a Medallion sig on it (Fidelity location very close to my residence) and send it to Island and once I get the shares, I go to Fidelity to have them deposited.

I also assume that Island tells SDVI to send the shares to me since they are not acting as TA for Graffiti. I think this is the issue between SDVI and Island.

Were you comfortable sending acct info as well as your SS#?

Me again. Long story short, me and a friend of mine attempted to transfer our accounts to etrade as i said i would (and let you know what happened). His went through just fine, mine did not. Very strange...but i suppose it is what it is.

So i am stuck going the zecco conversion route and i've read everything up till now on the message board, but i was hoping you could help me with one thing. In the message i'm replying to, you said:

"Money, did you mail or fax the request?
Not sure what request you are asking about, but if you are referring to the DRS request back to the broker Zecco required me to type up a request and send it to them which I uploaded on their website"

I plan on calling Zecco tomorrow or Monday, but i was wondering where on their website you uploaded the request to? And how quick was their turn around to get your shares DRS'd?
