Money, did you mail or fax the request? Not sure what request you are asking about, but if you are referring to the DRS request back to the broker Zecco required me to type up a request and send it to them which I uploaded on their website

Did Island send you the Book Stmt? No I sent in the Stock Power form with the Medallion Sig attached to cut down on time.

Where did you get the Medallion Sig. I bank with Bank of America so I got my Medallion Sig there. Most banks are in the Medallion program and if you bank with them they will do it for free

Did you send it back registered (delivery receipt)? I mailed the paper work certified mail. Thought about doing the delivery receipt but I figure I did not need that since I could track delivery online. Island also called me on Wednesday to let me know that they had received my paper work.
