That's even assuming retailers make much money on DVD's. I'm sure some of the big stores do, but many times those small items that take up little shelf space are not very profitable and may even be sold at a loss. They are used to get people in the stores and hope they buy other things while there. I bought Inception while at BestBuy the other night for only $9.99 ($10 off sale). You know they lost money on that... but they were trying to get people in the stores.

This was my belief all along. If "Bring it On" can sell almost 900,000 DVD's in 2009.

I completely agree with you, that "Twelve" is literaly possible it could sell a million copies or more. "Bring it On" did not even have a showing in theaters.

Hopefully everyone that bought the "Twelve" book will also buy the movie!!!!!!
