I tend to collect all my information into an unorganized mess that only I can usually follow - been working hard to do a better job organizing it and presenting it so that others can more easily follow along so that's a good compliment to hear.
It was incredible work putting the pieces togethor. Nodummy is nodummy, that's for sure.
I have to believe some of the Ihub moderators and posters played a big role whether it was inadvertant or intentional. I was banned from that board the minute I asked some reasonable questions with respect to the alleged financing for the company. I also received private threats. I even sent a private message to Ihub letting them know something possibly criminal was transpiring with the help of their site and she responded back we don't have the resources to police those things and please contact the authorities.
It was pretty clear there weren't legitimate answers available to anyones questions. The tip for me remains the share buyback. I have enough personal experience in securities matters to know that no company can borrow money and use it for a buyback. No securities attorney would have allowed it nor would any financier have allowed it to be a use of proceeds. It would be inherently manipulative.
Good work here guys! I hope some of your findings are being shared with the proper authorities. It would be nice for a change to see someone really held accountable for such eggregious actions.
