That dog won't hunt Brabo. i have too many relatives in England and France and to a one they all complain about the service and the availability of cutting edge products. But you are 100 percent correct on getting approval faster.
They say that the nationalized system takes away the motivation to perform high quality service. while health care for everyone is a worthwhile goal, they strongly urge me in our conversations to not go the European model route.
