Is it possible that IDCC and NOK will get a copy of the draft after "...on or before March 31 when they move it up to the top of the process"


Goldberg's statement was kind of wierd---why didn't he just say something like "we will know the decisions when the process is finished."

Instead he says we will know nothing before they--the arbitrators "move it up to the top of the process" Does that mean they will know something after it is "move it up to the top of the process"

You may want to inquire of an Attorney whether the reading of a "draft" is the same as a "DECISION"..and to check case law..
