Merry Xmas to you and All........ and as I said, the best the judge will do IMO is to order that a stipulation is to be included at sale that protects the trade secret to the satisfaction of the court. The sale will go on as long as all other provisos are met. The courts may even rule in the future that the proprietary property referred to as a 'trade secret' is now the property of Cryo-Mex and it is theirs to do as they wish. Anythings possible but most probably there will be no injuction. Cryo-Int will have the remedy to go back to court if CBAI is in violation.
