Auk...that did have a 90 day phrase in it but that does not mean that the shares have to be registered. It is up to Eliron. Also from my conversations with the company that investor is in this for the long haul and is not concerned about when those shares become registered at all. In other words he is wiating for MUCH higher levels before there is even a consideration about registering them. The Regdex filed today is just a compliance matter I would guess and nothing to be concerned about. I have not been able to find the actual document to read it but based on what I learned at the time of the PPM leads me to believe this is not going to be an issue.
SHRN has held it's own pretty good considering there has not been ONE WORD issued by the company in quite a while. It is definitely due to come out of it's slumber and start trending higher.
