Yea, if they don't bite on my 46 bid soon, I may have to just hit the ask. You will probably be glad you did in about 4-6 months! If the LOI goes through, they (MM's) will HAVE to re-value the company based on current assets. That is why we have been floored at 40 for so long; with Mexico, our asset valuation triples, game changer. I expect a small reverse split shortly afterward, which I believe will attract a new investor base (good thing) and possibly even institutions.
