I believe the founders shares to be unaffected by all the past (and future) dilutions and R/S (please correct me if I'm wrong) so it can still be a handsome payday for the Fishers.

seems unlikely... the only way they get their payday is for someone to buy those shares... who will buy them? what of value is left in BEHL?
