Yup - enter stage left, but a major beneficiary of the next round of Shenanigans will still be the Fishers. Maybe this is the LAST possibility to keep the trading alive so that they preferred shares can be converted and cashed in early next year. I believe the founders shares to be unaffected by all the past (and future) dilutions and R/S (please correct me if I'm wrong) so it can still be a handsome payday for the Fishers.
