jonesieatl: You do a great service here and elsewhere connecting the YA dots but your post here, really? You really expect the particulars of a company's dealings (this is a "deal" between two companies) to be publicly required information? You really think that announcing the particulars of a company's dealings to the world and respective company's competition to be somehow beneficial for the companies involved? You know that's not realistic so posting as though it should be is a great disservice and tarnishes your fine reputation.


We can though, with confidence, be sure of one thing...it's NOT being given away for free.

Iain: Bena, you know we are nice guys. A couple of competitors in the USA have already asked us for a free license but we can’t accept that. We are a business and so are they. In a reasonable manner at a fair price we want to move forward with this.

Iain:Yes. We have invested so much in this and have had battle after battle. But now we are going to power ahead and make this work. I am open to discussion and we want to be seen as fair. We want the whole mobile barcode market to succeed and the license fee model is tried and tested and it works. It can be as simple or as difficult as people want it to be and we aim to keep it simple.

We have been working very very closely with both the GSMA and the OMA by being connected the introduction of a LICENSE MODEL CAN AND WILL ONLY SUCCEED.

p.s.s.s. - Companies acquire IP to use it, sell it (Rothschild) or lock it up for it never see the light of day. Companies license IP to use it, period. I licensee can't lock up what's not theirs. :-)

Hi everybody,

more than 10 years I am waiting for the breakout of Neom, but nothing ever happened..

Today my shares are less worth than ever. The split took me from 240.000 to 2.400 shares, and the pps kept on falling..

And Ebay?

3 years ago we would have thougt that NeoMedia will go through the ceiling after such an agreement. But what happened? Some short fireworks and than the same old thing: falling down on some former level..

So tell me: Is there anybody in here, who would believe that we ever reach some of our goals we had in the late 90's??
