They would have to get permission from the MO&GB before they can drill past 22,000 ft [TVD]. I bet the folks at the MO&GB want to know what the Smackover looks like over there just as bad as we do!!! I don't know how often they update their website, but we might be able to find an amended drilling permit that allows MNLU to drill deeper... I'll see what I can find...
