I don't think I said anywhere that I believed anything that was said. Just that nothing of the things he said he wanted to do, or to happen were going to take place before he had any assets from the settlement,(if there is one).

People kept talking about the audit and CEO not happening. IF the whole thing were on the up and up, those 2 things would not happen until the assets had been recieved. Who knows if the assets are even worth anything? Nobody knows what they are. Only people who would know here, are those who were investors at one point,, fat - and a few others. My guess is that at one point they were worth something many moons ago when they were investors. Now, who knows?

For me, I don't belive any pink unless the actually prove it to me with actual products in the marketplace, third party reprots on assets by reliable shorces,,, track record - standing etc.
