The problem with your thesis is that you are basing all of those points on the assumption that all those things he said were true. He is not searching for a CEO and never has. Not one single ad in any publication of any kind was ever placed in the so called "search for a CEO." The audit will never be completed, no dividend will ever be paid and there has never been a bio diesel joint venture. Everyone of those PR's was intended to pump the stock. ALL LIES!! I thought they were true also when first announced but now I know they were 100% fabrications.
