The only catch I see to this is how shareholders are going to feel about approving a PP for $1/sh when the SP is $1+.

You bring up a lot of good points. We've come a long way in six months and we're going to go a lot further in the next six. I'm looking fwd to seeing how the markets react to this on Wednesday. I expect (hope) those $0.65 warrants to get called by mid-January. I doubt we'll slip under a dollar after getting news like this.
