The OTCBB is no longer relevant.

In essence, it doesn't exist anymore. The Pinksheet Exchange has branched off into several tiers. Companies that are solely listed on the OTCBB can't trade their shares electronically. From what I understand, there are only 30 companies remaining, solely, on the OTCBB.

The Pinksheets have several different categories.
Pinksheet exchange (which VTSI is currently on).
OTCBB (not an option, as quotes won't be listed electronically).
OTCQB (reporting company to the SEC).
OTCQX (highest reporting tier within the Pinksheet Exchange).

Ideally, it would be great if VTSI could get off the Pinksheets altogether and get on the NASDAQ. I think that's a question that needs to be proposed to Bob and company. Better yet, we probably deserve a time frame as to when its going to occur.

Their next progression will be to get a listing on the OTCQB, and start reporting their numbers to the SEC. A couple years ago, they got off the OTCBB and went to the Pinksheets to save money. They did that for their own survival.

Fast forward to now, and I can't see any reason why they can't start the process again with the SEC.

If you're looking for a boost in the share price, this could help as it could increase their credability.
