NukeJohn: You say that TSRA has other patents that are "being infringed". Is that just your opinion, or has that been determined by a court. I don't believe that their patents are standard related "essential" patents, so there are always other ways of doing things.


You say that TSRA has the CAFC decision in it's back pocket; however, that decision does not assess any damages. On the other hand the companies involved have the USPTO patent rejections in their pocket. So until the District court cases are started again,and the USPTO action is completed, the companies can still fight with a good chance of winning. JMHO.

Sometimes these patent cases seem to take forever to be finalized.
