I know, that is why I said that I don't see a way how they can talk themselves out of it.

EVen if for some reason pinksheets doesn't accept their filings and keeps them on CE status, they still have that done deal, which they should announce.

So there can be no excuses.
With the whole Nourtech farce, you could feel all the way they would talk themselves out of it after a while, when they saw the pumping and lies didn't attract any new buyers and failed to push the price to 0,0002 or higher.
