from the old days, day per day 3 years ago now this was posted on a forum
this was about that chinese mine they were going to acquire
and apparently Chin then also saying "done deal",
of course it never materialized, and never any follow up.. i bet those people were also waiting on that Dec 21st for a final PR soon.

Just called Raymond myself and he told me the reverse merger is already done. There will be a reissuing of the PR that did not get to the major wires. More news is expected after Christmas.
I hope this is going to be like ONMC or better"
