I would say that innumerable production, transportation, etc. problems would in no way prove intent to defraud, however IF it turns out that there never were any orders to manufacture these shoes, then I would say that there is a case for fraud. Time will give us all of the answers that we need without picking apart every post that is made in an attempt to make the shareholders feel foolish for deciding to buy this stock.
