If the SEC has questioned Gelmon, they would have asked for a copy if the JV with JF Shoes, proof of orders, manufacturing and transport. If he had proof of any of that, I believe we would have seen that. Those questions would have been answered and people wouldn't have filed complaints with the SEC. As a CEO with a long list of other failed Pink Sheet companies, I don't know why he would have put himself in a questionable position without reason.
Gelmon promised more transparency in the past, yet filed a Form 15 to deregister from being a reporting company which is the exact opposite. The company is darker than ever, and we are left without a way to confirm his claims through our regulatory body.
It shouldn't have to be a wild goose chase to prove his claims. The truth always comes out in the end, and so far all we know is the shoes are not in the retailers promised and appear as they will never be.
