The more appropriate question is why hasnt Mercedes Walton [your employer IMO} filed an 8-K to inform her shareholders that CCEL is suing CBAI in SMALL CLAIMS COURT....LOL

It will be interesting to see what will be found out about my opinion above too, wont it.

What happened? I missed the significant drop in share price you predicted today. Wrong again. Why hasn't CCEL announced the lawsuit? They must be embarrassed a "newcomer" stole there largest affiliate right out from underneath them. Dumb dumb dumb.

It's not necessary to file an 8-k if there is a public announcement made. That's basic Security law
