I've had two conversations with a Cryo-Cell IR person (X) today. Initially, this person (X) wasn't aware of it, or so they said. How sad is that? I was told that (X) will make a call and find out what they could. Then would return my call, later in the day whether they had more information, or not. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back by the end of the day. I did attempt to make one last call but, got a recording. Hopefully, I'll get a call back in the morning or I'll attempt to follow up.

I explained:
As a shareholder, I question how concerned I should be, hearing about a lawsuit between Cryo-Cell and Cord Blood through a PR from "them" first. Why aren't "we", the shareholders being given the same information, at a minimum. It raises concerns, getting this information from Cord Blood America while "we" haven't been made aware of any such lawsuit. In contrast, we haven't been made aware of this situation after being aware of it, for 3 days now.
I would appreciate being given any information, hopefully enough to decide whether I have a need to be concerned. My investment depends on my ability to make informed decisions, while faced with these types of situations. Is there any information that you can share with me at this time?
