I would hope so, but not sure. However long it takes the judge to analyze the language in the contract between CCEL and Mexico I would imagine to determine if a permanent injuction is warranted. If its not warranted, the injunction is lifted and CBAI is free to do what it wants (that is if the judge even honors the temp injunct).
