Dec 20 (Reuters) - Belgian wireless internet device maker Option NV (OPIN.BR) said it will provide optimisation software to InterDigital Inc (IDCC.O) for a minimum of $1.5 million, sending InterDigital's shares up 6 percent in pre-market trading.
