Welcome! Even though I do not post very often I welcome a continuation of Rocky's policy. I am one, of what I am certain is many, who migrated over from RB because of the constant "noise" from many of the posters on RB. The responsible, knowlegeable posters are constantly "drowned out" and sadly RB is of little benefit to most readers.

Welcome, again, I certainly join many others in looking forward to your able, sage and wise conduct of the moderator's duties.
