BURP: REAL LEADERS:
Although I realize it would take some work, I think the real way to look at this is to take the points accumulated thus far + the potential points left to be earned.
For example. Let's say you had 12 points, but the 4 you missed were the 4 you projected to go to the final 4. In that case, you might have 12 points and appear to be leading, but you have ZERO chance of winning - or even ranking in the upper 50%.
However, if you added the 12 onto the potential points you have left that you could earn, you would get a truer picture of who is REALLY leading.
In my case, I have 8 points, but the most I can get is 28. In your case, you have 11 points, but you can still get 73. The points accumulated + potential points to be earned based on later results should dictate who is really leading.
Since this is your board and you, presumably have all this written down somewhere, you can probably calculate this easier than me. I hope you do. It will be very interesting.
