I, personally don't see treble damages happening on any of the lawsuits. That's why companies settle, so they can avoid any possibility of treble damages. Most patent suits are settled. Also, even if Neomedia wins, the judge might not give treble damages. It's not a mandatory thing.

I think a buck is possible if we settle Virgin, biased toward NEOM, with an agreement based fee structure, and name registry launches. Both, I think, happen soon (3-4 months). Depending on when these events happens and how close together and the details of the Virgin settlement, then I think we get near a buck. The name registry, I think will generate significant publicity for NEOM.
