If the price and revenues are going up, there's no need to do a RS. It would be easy enough to find an investor to help buyback shares. These pinksheet and bulleting board stocks do a RS as a ploy to get more investors. Existing longs almost always lose most of their investment.

Simply by virtue of many fewer shares and leverage of those shares being lost.

Lets do some math. You hold 10M shares, pps is .0011 they do a 5000 to 1 split. You now have 2000 shares at the current price of $5.50

Wow now you have 2000 x 5.50 = $11,000 basically lunch money.

No thanks R/S are never GOOD. 10m at .01 I will take that any day. I have been burnt be R/S in the past.
