The Thinnest Line:

I disagree with the speculation that this was pushed out to January by Walrath for these reasons. I really don't think she cares about maximizing the estate value for anyone's benefit other than the creditors who are getting back 100% in this POR. We don't know who pushed the WMB stock cancelation issue back, most likely it was Rosen for some nefarious purpose. Besides can't they just back date the decision and say it applies to 2010, lol?

The clincher here is the releases, which again the examiner had a problem with. Of course Walrath obviously felt the ER was a pile of filth anyway as she excluded it from the confirmation hearings.

She may want a settlement, but its to make her life easier and to avoid reprecussion of being known as "The Judge who screwed Main Street". She said the debtors are walking a fine line - but in reality she is walking the thinnest line.

Judge is screwed either way; she makes enemies with "The Club" or the "The People". She walks the thinnest line.

I walk the thinnest line!
I walk the thinnest line!
between the dark and bright sides
