One thing I can agree with is no trial. Nelson made a mockery out of those he questioned and Susman and Nelson would destroy the debtors with their questioning. No one would have their story straight...because there is no truth in their story.
Yes Voodoo, I agree most people do get that a trial will be long, grueling and a waste of the courts and the estates resources, so Yes.. I do get it..
The problem is she has to convince the resisting parties to negotiate with Equity and that is not easy to do.. She can use the derivative approach if she wants to exert pressure on the hedgies and PIERS.
So Yes, she does want a Settlement by the end of the year.
