Yes, as in buy more shares.

The last PR was about working with ELCR(which is a crapper worthless ticker). If that is the best they got going for them there is no reason to add.

JMO - been in it for better than 2 years now because I didn't know when to leave green.

The reason I believe they can't get a contract is that their fuel cell is to expensive. That is the reason they haven't sold anything to Eko Vehicles, Hobie Cat, Navy, Defense Contractor the Electric Car Company. IMO
