I have been using SECINFO.COM for checking on filings, but am getting close to my welcome being run out with them, and will have to start paying them to continue getting info. I liked using them, because, you can check off for alerts, so any companies that do a filing, they alert you by E-mail.

I did notice yesterday, that Nevada Minerals had a recent filing regarding USCA stock.

Is GEMM thinly traded? Shorting usually occurs in thinly traded stock as opposed to those that have a high daily volume.

He may have been referring to the SHO list.

GEMM was on the list on 3/17/05 but was not on the 3/18/05 list. It was not on the "Addendum to Regulation SHO Threshold List" any day last week.
